ST Brelade moved closer to twinning with Granville when members of the twinning committee visited the Normandy port at the weekend.
Deputies Peter Troy and Sarah Ferguson said the trip was a great success and they were looking forward to welcoming a Granville delegation to Jersey in the near future.Deputy Troy said: ‘It was a good weekend, very productive and the entente cordial was cemented.’The St Brelade party left Jersey on Friday.
They spent Saturday touring the town, learning about its history and enjoying an official lunch as guests of the municipality.
