FORMER Senator Pierre Horsfall has been appointed as the new chairman of the Waterfront Enterprise Board.
States Members agreed yesterday to appoint the former Policy and Resources Committee president to the role by 36 votes to nine.There was opposition from some States Members on the grounds that there could be a public perception of a conflict of interest, but others said that his experience would be invaluable and the proposal from the Policy and Resources Committee was approved.
