Knifepoint robbery accused in court

TWO men charged with trying to rob a shop at knifepoint on Saturday afternoon appeared in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday.

Both reserved their pleas, one of the men also reserving pleas to charges of committing a grave and criminal assault and possessing an offensive weapon.Elliott Aiden Le Feuvre (23), of Rue de Hocq, St Clement, reserved his plea to attempted robbery at Food Fayre in Dorset Street on Saturday, to committing a grave and criminal assault on Geraldo Paradiso and to possessing an offensive weapon.

Co-accused Nicholas Watters (22), of Dorset Street, reserved his plea to one count of attempted robbery.
