ISLAND football manager Dave Matthews has announced an initial training squad of 22 players as he begins his preparations for the Ambassadeur Bowl under-21 Muratti in Guernsey on 9 April.
Although ‘the door is still open’ for other players to come in the following are asked to meet at the IJ Bathe Field on Sunday morning at 10 o’clock.Goalkeepers: Jimmy Styles, Casey Hickling and Danny Evans.
Defenders: Stuart André, Carl de la Cour, Lee Bradshaw, James Prendergast, Peter Gough and Shaun Irving.Midfielders: Jordan Docherty, Luc Le Mière, David Watson, Chris Andrews, Chris Carter and Stephen Reed.
Forwards: Paul Aitken, Glen Durrans, Craig Leitch, Jon Southern, Paul Banahan, Scott Walsh and Ross Goodchild.
