JON BARETTE won through to next Thursday’s Island snooker championship final after defeating Colin Fulton 3-2 in a semi-final at the Jersey Mechanics’ Institute last night.
Barette won a three-and-a-half hour tactical battle with both cueists playing some excellent safety shots throughout.
Guy Heys meets Kurt Jones in the other semi-final at the JMI on Sunday at 7 pm.
