Combination ladies division champions’ application was accepted yesterday by the full Football Association cup committee.St Peter president Tom du Feu said: ‘We are delighted we have been accepted to play in the competition.
It is excellent for Jersey and Channel Islands football and I’m sure playing at a higher level will only help our players progress further.’They will now be able to test themselves in a different environment and that can only help with the development of the ladies’ game both for the club and the league in Jersey.’
