SENATOR Stuart Syvret is to ask the States to rule that the public be allowed access to computerised economic models that he claims are being kept from him and other politicians.
The Senator is to lodge a proposition requesting the Finance and Economics Committee be instructed to make electronic economic models produced at public expense available to any Member who wants to use them.
He also wants the models available at the Jersey Library on computers equipped with appropriate software and instructions.
