THE Shadow Lord Chancellor, Lord Kingsland, is the new chairman of the Jersey Competition Regulatory Authority.
The States approved the appointment yesterday by 32 votes to seven, with three abstentions.
The proposition for the three-year appointment was lodged by the Economic Development Committee.
