Workplace fund-raisers rise to the challenge

THE fund-raisers in firms who are taking part in the Jersey Workplace Challenge have already raised more than £20,000.

A total of 15 organisations have come forward to take part in the Challenge since it was launched in March.

Each of them has one year to raise up to £5,000 for Jersey Hospice Care and Save the Children.

Top of the league table so far for larger organisations (125 or more staff) are Royal Bank of Scotland International, who held a Workplace Challenge week and have already exceeded the £5,000 target.

This will be matched by a donation from the bank.

Top of the league for smaller organisations are Abbey International, who have achieved £2,000 so far, to be matched by a donation from Abbey.
