THE Rector of Grouville, the Rev Francis Mason, is discussing his future with the Bishop of Winchester ‘over a personal and private matter’.
Parish sources say that Mr Mason’s resignation is expected shortly.
He has not been conducting parish services for around two months.
The matter has been causing much speculation among the parishioners, who are wondering what is happening.
