HAYDEN LISTER lifted the Walter Mcleod Memorial Trophy by winning competition six at 100 yards in Class B at Bisley yesterday,
Shooting against 117 competitors in his class Lister initially tied for first place.
When that happens the scorers check the last ten shots and whoever scored highest during that period is given the win.
So, Lister’s concentration and patience in tricky wind conditions means he will be at the prize-giving at the end of the week.
The win took Lister into 28th place in his class in the Grand Aggregate.
Steve Le Couilliard, shooting in Class X, managed to move up two places today and is now in 34th place in the Grand Aggregate.
