Weekend in brief
GOLF Sam win’s Captain’s Prize Junior golfer Sam Crenan topped the leaderboard with an impressive gross 66 and 46 Stableford points off his six handicap in Saturday’s Captain’s Prize competition at Royal Jersey Golf Club on Saturday, a hole-in-one on the par 3 181-yard fourth with his four wood propelling him to victory.
Second was Chris Barrow with 38 pts off 16 handicap and Terry Smith was third with 38 pts off handicap four.
