KASABIAN will be back in the Island to play at Jersey Live 2007.

The four-piece indie band will headline along with The Fratellis at the music festival at the Royal Jersey Showground in Trinity in September. Kasabian last played at the event in 2005 and since then have released their second album, Empire. They were nominated for the best live act at the Brit Awards this year. The Fratellis were named best breakthrough act at the Brits. Other acts that have been confirmed for the Island event are The Rakes, The Enemy, Goose, The Alterkicks and The Keez. And organisers Positiv have said that more big-name acts will be confirmed in the near future.
