Court orders arrest of philanthropist

THE arrest of a millionaire philanthropist has been ordered. Colin Taylor, who owns the Foresters Arms pub at Beaumont, failed to appear in the Magistrate’s Court yesterday to face a charge of not submitting his half-yearly manpower figures to the Economic Development department, as all businesses in Jersey have to do under the Regulation of Undertakings Law.
