SEVEN men were charged in court yesterday in connection with the brawl at Clos Gosset after the Liverpool versus AC Milan Champions League Final on Wednesday.
Two of the seven - Karl Senior and Daniel Mandel - were remanded in custody until the next hearing on 8 June. The others were bailed and are subject to police curfews. All seven reserved their pleas in the Magistrate’s Court on Friday. The seven defendants are: lLee Christopher Dean Richomme (18), of Troy Court, St Saviour, who is charged with obstructing police. He was released on bail with a curfew from 10 pm to 7 am. He was also ordered to stay away from Clos Gosset. Steven Watts (38), of Green Street, St Helier, who is charged with obstructing police and resisting arrest. He was released on bail with a curfew from 10 pm to 7 am and ordered to stay away from Clos Gosset. John Michael Mandel (40), of Green Street, St Helier, who was charged with causing a breach of the peace and violently resisting arrest. He was released on bail with a curfew from 10 pm to 6 am and ordered to stay away from Clos Gosset. John Reid Robert McGregor (38), of Le Squez Estate, St Clement, was charged with causing a breach of the peace, violently resisting arrest and obstructing police. He was released on bail with a curfew from 10 pm to 7 am and ordered to stay away from Clos Gosset. Stephen Daniel Mandel (36), of Clos Gosset, St Saviour, was charged with causing a breach of the peace, assaulting two police officers and violently resisting arrest. He was released on bail with a curfew from 10 pm to 7 am. Karl Alan Senior (18), of Rue St Thomas, St Saviour, was charged with causing a breach of the peace and violently resisting arrest. Daniel Stephen Mandel (18), of Clos Gosset, St Saviour, was charged with causing a breach of the peace and violently resisting arrest.
