Finance reports strong growth

JERSEY’S financial services industry has reported strong growth in the first quarter of 2007, particularly in the funds and banking sectors.

Castle closes after DUKW gets stuck in sand

ELIZABETH Castle was closed this weekend after the amphibious DUKW carrying visitors to the attraction became stuck in soft sand.

Liberation Day hero dies at 88
