THE Chief Minister has accused the BBC of breaching one its ‘basic ethics’ by broadcasting comments he made during a private exchange with Senator Stuart Syvret.
Senator Frank Walker told the States yesterday that he was considering making a formal complaint.
His criticism stems from the airing of a short conversation that he had with Senator Syvret in the BBC’s Jersey studio.
The Chief Minister was later questioned by Jeremy Paxman on Newsnight about his ‘off-air’ comments.
