Call to think Fair Trade

FAIRTRADE Fortnight began this week as Jersey celebrated its third year of Fairtrade Island status.

Dozens of people went along to Grouville Parish Hall last night to sample various products and find out more about the ethical movement.

The Jersey Fairtrade Island Group have organised the two-week programme, which started on Monday, to increase the knowledge and use of Fairtrade products.
