HOCKEY - Taylor-made victory: Investec Jersey Hockey Club veterans defeated HA Vets Cup favourites Slough 5-0 away yesterday to reach the semi-finals of the competition for the first time ever. Peter Taylor scored a hat-trick and Mark Bailey and Jerry Bolton singles while goalkeeper Paul Duckworth excelled by saving a penalty flick.
