Dandara reassures home buyers

0557925_cropped.jpgDEVELOPERS Dandara have sent a letter to everyone who has bought one of their Goose Green properties to give reassurance after the findings of last month’s inquiry.

The committee of inquiry heard evidence from a number of witnesses who expressed concern that flooding measures, drainage and noise are not resolved despite the sale of houses.

Dandara have written to purchasers to say that they have adhered to the planning requirements but have exercised their right under code three of the planning permit to begin building without measures being completed.

However, they say that all requirements will be met before the homes are completed.
