Major environment plan to be unveiled by Chief Minister

0550795_cropped.jpgCHIEF Minister Frank Walker is to unveil a major new environment plan next month called Keeping Jersey Special.

However, before he calls on Islanders to do their bit to preserve what is best about the Island, he intends asking politicians and departments to get their own house in order.

Senator Walker said that the public could expect short-term proposals that would be-gin to move forward the way the Island’s environment was managed and protected.
