JERSEY Insight users have been reassured this morning after hackers forced the website down overnight.
The site, owned and run by Jersey Telecom, was taken down by the company just before 9 am this morning after an attack.
Apparently, the misspelt word ‘hacekd’ appeared across the bottom of the site when users tried to log on. A similar attack was made on Friday, when various sections on the classified sale part of the site were renamed ‘hacked’.
JT head of marketing David Vieira said that no personal information was at risk during the attack and that they hoped to have the site back up and running today.

no wonder - its been done before and it it doesn’t seem anyone bothered to do anything about it or raise alarm bells on friday.
The response to this hacking issue is poor, still the site is down.
Check the logs, ban and report the I.P’s, rebuild the server and restore the site.
Come on!!
