THE Jeux des Iles kicked off in true Caribbean style in Guadeloupe on Sunday and Jersey wasted no time in securing their first medal thanks to swimmer Charlotte Manning.

ANOTHER child’s tooth and more bone fragments were found in a cellar at Haut de la Garenne by the forensic team at the weekend.
