Style in the Parade

00572567_cropped.jpgJULIE McLagan is continuing her hairdressing dream from the Zen Hair and Beauty Studio in The Parade.

She has been pursuing her passion to style and colour hair ever since leaving St Helier Girls School, now Grainville.
‘I always wanted to be a hairdresser from the age of six,’ she said. ‘I absolutely love colouring and cutting and getting that end result.’

She recently made the move to Zen, after renting a spot in The Bedroom, and needed to make some alterations to the building which is tucked away in The Parade through the archway which is next to the pink ballet supplies shop.

‘Before it was just a beauty studio so we opened it up, put new units in, freshened it up with some paint and it’s a lot lighter now,’ she said
