OVER 8,000 Islanders were blown away by the Jersey Live headline act The Prodigy last night.
The spectacular dance act made up of Keith Flint, Liam Howlett and Maxim, performed a stomping and breathtaking 90-minute set to a packed crowd to finish off the Island’s biggest music festival.

Can I have the Brolley that was confiscated returned now? Thank you
Can my daughter have her Channel 19 perfume back and new foundation which was confiscated please. In total cost £79.00 part of her 21st birthday presant. You can’t tell me you expected people to go to an all day gig without wanting to freshen up.I wonder where all the confiscated items are. My daughter went to claim her items and was told everything had been binned.I certainly hope not
Why was there so many police!! It causes an unessacery pressure on the crowds! The only reaon there were 90 evictions and 10 arrests were because the police and security were removing people from the festival for petty things, such as jumping?!?! how is that an offence at a festival, with such bands as Goose and The Prodigy ! If there were half the police it would cost half the price, have half the arrests and have half the pressure. It was an awesome festival, definitely the best JerseyLive to date! but still it could be better, take some tips from Reading of Glsto xxxx
Sunday proved to be a very different day to day 1. Much better music all round (although the Z’s were an awesome finish to Saturday). Apart from the change in weather, the biggest and most noticeable difference to Sunday was the policing / security. Much more “in your face” and intimidating on Sunday, not sure if there was a different (or lesser experienced) team running the policing on Sunday, but several of the officers prowling amongst the crowd seemed hell bent on scoring arrests. Bit of a shame after the success of the previous day, but then I guess they were all on double time and as a result were more concerned with justifying the high costs and manpower levels to their power crazy “statistics driven” masters….
