The American quintet, including Anton Von Ostendorf, who performs the triple somersault, came into the ring after the interval and proved that they were worth waiting for with a series of impressive swings and jumps in mid-air.
Minnie and Mickey Mouse also put in an appearance, which the youngsters in the audience loved. It showed how the circus remains a traditional form of entertainment that showcases talent including the Gymnastics Fantastic Troupe, who opened the show with their balancing act, with at least three of them balancing on each other’s shoulders.
