St Mary
THERE are two candidates for the Constable’s seat in St Mary.

Parish Deputy Juliette Gallichan has won a resounding victory in the election for Constable.
She received 404 votes while former Chef de Police Terry Renouf received 252 votes. There was a turnout of 59.33 per cent.
The new Constable replaces sitting Constable Ken Le Brun who is stepping down from office, having held the seat since 2000.
Deputy Gallichan (46) is a former parish secretary, and Mr Renouf (51) is the assistant manager of parking control for the Transport Department.
