Jersey charities overseas
A REMARKABLE number of Island charities and individuals provide help to people living in poverty-stricken areas of the world.
As well as work projects, organised and funded by the States Overseas Aid Commission, there are a huge number of other schemes which have been established by local charities who provide on-going support.
