Police appeal for information about missing 18-year-old

THE police are appealing for help to find an 18-year-old former Jersey College for Girls student who has not contacted her parents for three weeks.
Trevena Lucsaina Monks, who was born in Trinidad, was last seen at the shop where she worked in York Street on 3 January.
She has called a friend in the Island since and is believed to be staying with old school friends in the Croydon area.
A spokesman for the States police said the hunt was to help a very anxious mother, adding that the Metropolitan police had also been informed.Full report in today’s JEP, on sale at 1.15 pm.
