£900,000 campaign targets agriculture and tourism

THIS year’s Jersey Royal campaign will promote both agriculture and tourism at the same time.
The thrust of the £900,000 campaign is to target younger people, to promote the Jersey Royal as ‘the vintage champagne of potatoes’, and to concentrate on lifestyle: dinner parties will just not be successful unless Jersey Royals are served.Full report in today’s JEP, on sale at 1.15 pm.
