More Business Barons pledge support

The scheme was launched last May to generate income to ensure the year-long celebrations of the Island’s unique constitutional status would go ahead.

THIRTEEN more Island businesses have signed up as 1204-2004 Business Barons, taking the total to 51 and the money raised to £13,504.It is also designed to promote the programme and to increase awareness within Jersey’s business community of the importance and relevance of this special anniversary.Among those who joined in the last month are long-established Jersey builders suppliers Romerils and a new gift shop in Market Street.
