Man suffers broken jaw in unprovoked attack

A MAN was left with a broken jaw after being punched to the floor and kicked in the face by two men in the early hours of Sunday.

The victim, who is in his 30s, was targeted in what the police have called an unprovoked attack at the corner of Dicq Road and Route du Fort at around 2.30 am.

He was wearing a navy blue T-shirt and grey jeans.

The attackers are described as being white Europeans.

One was more than 6 ft tall and the other was stocky, about 5 ft 8 in tall and wearing a white shirt.

The pair ran away after the assault.
