‘Property paradise’

JERSEY is being promoted nationwide this week as ‘a property paradise’ with a special report in Country Life Magazine.
A 36-page colour supplement covering the top end of the Island’s property scale will aim to attract more overseas residents to live in Jersey.
Clifford Wilson, a partner at Cox Peel Estate Agents, says the publication will bring huge benefits.
‘I am assured that the supplement gives a very positive view and I think it will be a boost for the Island as a whole, not just on the property scene.
It will be an excellent shop window for Jersey,’ he said.
The magazine is particularly targeted at high net worth individuals and has a wide following across the UK.
Nigel Philpott, the Economic Development Committee’s director of high-value residency, said: ‘The Country Life audience is quite discerning and I do believe this is going to be good for the Island.
The supplement will, we hope, show the best elements of Jersey.’
