THE top TV show ‘Location, Location, Location’ is coming to Jersey.

Property gurus Kirstie Allsop and Phil Spencer will be presenting the programme, which is likely to show Islanders in the quest for a dream home.

Producers of the show have decided that despite the strict housing regulations and high property prices, Jersey would be an ideal destination for filming the Channel 4 television series.

The prime-time national televison exposure follows the Island’s property portfolio, which was showcased in a recent issue of Country Life describing the Island as ‘a property paradise’.

Assistant producer Jonathan McLeod said that Jersey would produce a different story in terms of property purchasing.

He said: ‘Not only does the Island have beautiful homes to buy, but they are expensive too.

‘Ideally we would like to start filming over the next few months, but it all depends on whether we get any suitable contributors.’
