VOTERS overwhelmingly rejected party politics last night with not one of the four party members finishing higher than ninth.
Deputy Geoff Southern and Denise Carroll of the Jersey Democratic Alliance finished 13th and tenth respectively, while the Centre Party candidates Senator Paul Le Claire and Kevin Lewis arrived in ninth and 11th positions.
Mr Lewis said later that he was not sure whether he would remain a member of the Centre Party in his forthcoming Deputy campaign.
