Pisces back in the dinner-boxing swim

PISCES ABC is to make a dinner-boxing comeback.
After several years in the tournament wilderness the St Brelade-based club will be staging a show at either the Mayfair or the Metropole Hotel at the beginning of next month.
They have booked the strong Police Boxing Association of England Alliance team as their opposition on Saturday, 4 February.
Said Pisces coach Brian Rousseau: ‘It’s our first tournament for at least three years – we’ve got to try and get back on the map this season.
‘We used to use the Mayfair and the Metropole before we moved to the Royal at David Place.
We’d prefer the Metropole because we can get a few more people in and it’s a better view for the customers – but that depends on the owners.
They’ve said we can have one or the other and we should know which in the next week or so.
‘We’re hoping for a ten-bout tournament.’
