A BIG victory on Sunday and Jersey could be crowned National Inter County Division II badminton champions.

Back-to-back championships is a very strong possibility this season as Jersey are in superb form having won their 14th consecutive inter-county match last weekend.

They face Oxfordshire 2nds away tomorrow with several changes from the side that defeated Gloucestershire 11-4 at the New Gilson Hall last weekend.

A calf injury rules Gavin Carter out while Ian Coombs-Goodfellow only plays homes games nowadays.

Lucy Burns and Natalie White are also unavailable this weekend.

Triple Island Games gold medalist Chris Cotillard will join the Jersey team from Bath University while there are recalls for Tracy Hudson and Ronnie Jubb, the latter who will make her first appearance in several years.

Jersey still have two matches to play in the championship after this weekend.
