Cann will go to the Games with Jersey England

BADMINTON star Elizabeth Cann will represent Jersey in the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne this March.
Cann, the national champion, would have been obliged to compete for England had they selected her.
However, the England team was announced this afternoon, with the national selectors only choosing one ladies singles player, Tracey Hallam, the player Cann beat in the national final last year.
Hallam presumably gets the nod because of her better world ranking.
