New firm takes house buyers right to the Edge
Thursday 27th April 2006, 12:00AM BST.
A NEW company has been formed to help prospective house buyers in the Island – but Edge Properties insist they are not an estate agent.
We work exclusively for our client,’ said founder James de la Cloche, who is working from his home in Grands Vaux.
‘Our aim is to make finding a new home as simple and enjoyable as possible.
The company, which claims to be the first of its kind in the Island, works for people moving here, either as 1(1)K residents or J-cats who come with their jobs, as well as those who are already in Jersey but are too busy to find the time to sift through available properties.
He is dealing with top-end properties from £500,000 upwards – often before they come on to the open market.
