Spa complex for sale

IT isn’t often in Jersey that the chance comes up to buy yourself an entire spa, complete with swimming pool, sauna, treatment rooms and restaurant.
But for those with a pile of cash to spare, the St Ouen spa complex Les Roches is up for sale, following the decision of the couple who built it to retire.
Peter and Lyn Le Blancq created Les Roches from scratch but want to spend more time in France and have decided to sell it on.
They hope to find someone who wants to keep on the staff and continue to operate the spa, perhaps going on to turn it into a boutique hotel.
‘We created something unique to the Island,’ Mr Le Blancq said.
‘We have a lot of loyal customers and we wouldn’t like to disappoint them, so we are looking for somebody to take over the running of the spa.
The spa complex, which first opened in 2003, has a swimming pool, five treatment rooms, gardens and a licensed restaurant.
