Wednesday 3rd January 2007, 12:00AM GMT.
MORE than 200 people were convicted of drink-driving in 2006 – a reduction on the previous year’s figures.

A total of 218 people were arrested, convicted and banned from driving in Jersey last year after daily roadchecks by the States police and honorary officers.
