Minister is breaking code of conduct, says Deputy

HOUSING Minister Terry Le Main has been accused of breaking the States’ code of conduct by refusing to answer questions about the state of Caesarea and Convent Courts.
Deputy Shona Pitman says she will put an official complaint to the Privileges and Procedures Committee, which is responsible for States Members’ standards and behaviour, about the minister’s refusal to answer questions about the buildings in her St Helier No 2 constituency. ‘I submitted four written questions to Senator Le Main. He answered one and refused to answer the other three,’ she said.
