ISLANDERS will have the chance to quiz French officials from Flamanville at a public meeting in June.
The news comes after French government ministers approved a third nuclear reactor at the site. Plans for the 3.3 billion euro plant 30 miles from Jersey have been signed off by three ministers which means the project is close to starting. The Chief Minister’s department said details of the public meeting in June will be released next month.
