Headway to open new headquarters

Friday 20th April 2007, 12:00AM BST.

A SPACIOUS new centre for people with a brain injury is being officially opened tomorrow by a survivor of that condition.

The centre, on the ground floor of Le Coie flats, has become the new headquarters of the charity, Jersey Headway, which has vacated its former premises in the Parade because they are no longer big enough. The centre is being opened by Colin Watts, from Bath, who sustained a severe brain injury in early 2003 when he fell 200 ft while ice climbing in Wales.
