JERSEY-based Computer Patent Annuities (CPA) is expanding its empire in India.
The specialist intellectual property firm, currently based in Seaton Place, will also be moving to newly-built accommodation on the other side of the Esplanade later this year.
In the past five years the firm has grown substantially and now employs around 1,000 staff worldwide, including more than 260 in Jersey.
Last month CPA announced the launch of its IP services delivery centre in India, which will focus on paralegal office support work for the general legal market.
The new service will target CPA’s existing clients, many of which are global manufacturing companies.
