JERSEY recruitment firm Park Personnel have appointed a headhunter to represent them in Australia.
Patricia Haversham-Quaid, who was born and educated in the Island, has ten years’ experience in recruitment and has worked in Europe and the Asia Pacific.
She will be heading up Park Australia in Sydney and recruiting professionals living in Australia to work in Jersey businesses.
Ms Quaid previously worked in London where she headhunted finance professionals for European banks and multinational companies.
She then worked for a financial IT practice sourcing talented technical and financial staff involved in migration projects, before moving to Australia where she worked for global firm Robert Walters.
Andy Voss, managing director at Park Personnel, said that because of the skills shortage in Jersey there was a good deal of demand, at all levels.
