BROOM cupboards in Chelsea might sell for a small fortune, but how much rent would you expect to pay for a tiny harbourside ‘chalet’ in Rozel?

Well, the former Harbourmaster’s hut on the quay is currently available for lease at £735 a month. In true estate agent style, the advert stuck to the window of the property – which is barely big enough to swing a very small cat inside – says that it ‘would suit a single person’. For your money, you get a miniature kitchen, Barbie-sized sitting room, kitchenette, bijou bedroom and a balcony with panoramic views of the picturesque harbour. The entire property measures about ten metres by four metres.
