Blogs talk in Florida

A JERSEY marketer will be presenting a paper to 2,000 academics in Orlando, Florida later this month.

Justin Thorne, group brand and communications manager at Mourant, will be presenting his research on the rise of ‘blogs’ and online discussion forums at the International Conference on Cybernetics and Information Technologies.

Mr Thorne, who is a local tutor for Chartered Institute of Marketing qualifications, has already had a paper published for a previous American conference.
