A JERSEY restaurant has been named in the UK’s top 30 by the Which? Good Food Guide 2008.
Bohemia Bar & Restaurant, in Green Street, was listed at number 29 in the independent guide, ahead of nearly 1,200 other top restaurants including the Bath Priory, the Chester Grosvenor and the London-based Maze.
The Which? Good Food Guide, which is in its 56th publication, is a well-recognised food bible that advises on the best places to eat in the UK using rankings gathered from their experienced inspectors and the recommendations of readers.
Bohemia was given seven out of ten for its menu and atmosphere, a mark bettered by only 15 other restaurants.
Bohemia owner Lawrence Huggler said: ‘Recognition such as this, after being named one of Egon Ronay’s top 25 restaurants a couple of years ago, means that Bohemia is now firmly established on the international map of must-dine restaurants.
It is a tribute to all the hard work that the team at Bohemia put in.
