Wednesday 3rd October 2007, 12:00AM BST.
A 65-YEAR-OLD woman was taken to hospital after being injured when a Connex bus was reportedly forced to brake sharply in Green Street yesterday morning.
The police say that the bus had to stop quickly as a result of the alleged actions of the driver of a blue Skoda Felicia travelling toward Havre des Pas. The incident happened just outside La Collette Flats at about 10.30 am. The road was closed for over three hours as officers carried out an investigation into the incident. The police are appealing for witnesses and are asking bus passengers to contact them on 612612.
